Privacy notice

Your details, and what we do with them.

Last updated 21 October 2026.

Who we are

This shop is run by Clare Langley, a sole trader. You can contact us at hi@clarelangley.com. We decide how and why your details are used, which makes us the controller.

What we collect, and why

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address (required) and, if you choose to give them, your name, which packs and size you're interested in, which pack you would want first, where you keep track of actions now, and a short note on what you would use them for. We use these to email you when your packs are ready, with first-run pricing, and to decide which packs to print first. We don't use them for anything else, and we don't sell or share them.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who handles it

Your details are stored on our web hosting, provided by Hostinger, and we receive a notification email about each sign-up. We will update this notice if we start to use other services, for example a payment provider when the shop opens.

Confirming your email

When you sign up, we email you a link to confirm that the address is yours. You join the list when you click it. If you do not click it within 7 days, we delete your details.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until 24 months after the first packs launch, whichever comes first.

Cookies and tracking

This shop doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when you visit. We don't control what Google does with that request.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold, correct them, delete them, or object to us using them. To leave the waitlist, or to ask about your details, email hi@clarelangley.com. If you aren't happy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
